Dada said that it will create an efficient and convenient “group-buying delivery” link with Douyin Life Services, and jointly build an efficient and flexible delivery network that integrates multiple transportation capabilities and covers the whole city to meet the diversified needs of merchants and omni-channel delivery, and serve users for instant consumption experience.
The reporter noticed that when consumers place orders at catering merchants on the Douyin life service platform, the Dada Express Knight will pick up the goods from the store near the consumer and deliver them home. In addition, the Douyin life service “group purchase delivery” business has been piloted in some cities, and will be gradually extended to more cities after optimization.
From the perspective of Dada’s business, it has four ready-to-deliver products for merchants, namely instant delivery, full-speed delivery, city-wide delivery and customized delivery solutions.
