Popo’s cub was not fully recovered from his illness, and he went out to play wildly on Saturday, so our whole family stayed at home to rest obediently on Sunday. Brother Dou cooked for us at noon. I wanted to go out to eat sushi at night, but Popo and I both had diarrhea, so we didn’t dare to mess around, but we had a headache and what to eat. Brother Dou suggested making steamed buns, steamed buns and pancakes, euphemistically saying that pasta is good for digestion and friendly to the stomach. I was afraid that he would be too tired, and I had eaten all these with Popo, so I was a little hesitant. Seeing this, Brother Dou felt blessed and said, why not make pizza! I thought the pizza was delicious and simple, and Popo could make it along with me, so I agreed with it. So Brother Dou began to make noodles skillfully, while Popo and I nestled comfortably in the fireplace in the room and watched TV. Brother Dou is good at practice because he does too much, but he doesn’t take it seriously when I think it’s troublesome. He even ran in to watch “Er Xi” with us while he was awake. After watching a few programs, Popo got tired of watching, and Brother Dou was about to watch the time. Seeing that I was lazy, he took Popo out to make noodles first. After a while, Popo called me, so I got up and washed my hands, and joined the pizza making army.
Brother Dou divided three pieces of dough, one for each of us. Popo’s is smaller, but she’s still not strong enough. So I rolled my own and rolled it for her. Seeing that the dough cake looked good, Popo was ecstatic. Brother Dou took out the ketchup and the toast-sized cheese left over from a long time ago. Popo “responsible” loudly, hasn’t it been a long time, won’t it be broken? We said that cheese is a processed food, it can be stored for a long time, and we don’t eat it raw when we bake it, it doesn’t matter. Because of the impromptu idea, the ingredients are all ready-to-use. Brother Dou chopped some root vegetables and took out frozen seafood. That’s enough! Brother Dou said that it is possible to make a double fight, so I made half of the traditional tomato sauce cheese and half of the seafood. Then I took out the oyster sauce and spread it on the pizza, and the Chinese scones were born! Popo followed suit. She saw that my pizza looked good and delicious, so she made a small copy. Brother Dou added steamed eggs with minced meat left over from lunch.
Mine is done and baked first. After preheating the whole jujube for a while, I casually baked it for five minutes to see the situation. I looked up pizza recipes and found that the higher the oven temperature, the better. Our microwave oven seems to be at a maximum of 250 degrees, so bake it for a while! Because the cake is not too big, I added another six minutes, a total of eleven minutes, and you’re done! We eat mine first, while Popo’s little pizza goes into the oven. Although cheese is not exclusive to pizza, I have to say that tomato sauce and cheese YYDS! I’m a little touched to be honest, it’s so delicious! The Chinese-style scones are a bit of a stumble, firstly, the taste of oyster sauce is not very good, and secondly, the frozen seafood is not completely defrosted, and it is soggy when baked, which makes people lose their appetite. Fortunately, the taste is okay, you can eat it! So we summed up our experience while eating, and next time we will buy a big bag of grated cheese sticks, and then get some butter, thaw the seafood thoroughly, then use kitchen paper to absorb the water, and spread oil on the bottom of the cake… Unknowingly my share The pizza was all eaten. Popo’s small pizza was also quickly resolved, and in the end there was only half of Brother Dou’s minced meat pizza, which he said could be used for breakfast the next day.
Overall a very very successful first time making pizza! I want to make it next time, and I want to eat it!
