Today is my last day in Xiaohongshu.
As a school recruits, entering a well-known company after graduation is something that many fresh graduates have to do. I am also one of them. Big companies offer good treatment and high salary, and it is easier to change jobs later. In the longer future, I can take root in big cities and find my own small world.
I was born in a third-rate school like me, and I don’t have any outstanding abilities. After graduation, I was able to join such a well-known company. Maybe I spent all the good luck I had accumulated. God will not always favor you. In the past year, the team has undergone many changes, and the atmosphere has become more and more bad. I have thought of leaving many times, but thinking about me, who has less than a year of work experience, What should I do? The depressive emotions were building up like crazy, and finally one day I decided it was time to leave.
Crazy introversion and an environment without a technical atmosphere are really not suitable for the growth of a freshman. During the one year and two months in Xiaohongshu, I have experienced the remote office under epidemic control, overtime before the big promotion, and fast-paced demand iterations… When I was leaving, although I got the leadership’s feedback on my past year Sure, but I ended up passing up the chance for a promotion, I didn’t want to tire myself out more, we are us, not a slave to the company.
