Our company is a Gold Certified Partner of Microsoft . Whenever a customer buys Azure or Microsoft 365 from us, we will provide some free technical support and help with some settings. If you are a customer who buys a subscription directly from us, you usually don’t need to set up a special setting to establish a partner link . However, if you have a subscription originally, and you buy from us later, it may not be set up. Special partnership with us is required.
