In the App Store update, I saw that Signal has also added a Stories function that burns after reading. This desperation is really scary. By the way, I think of the recently disclosed email records of Eddy Cue, Phil Schiller, and Craig Federighi discussing whether to do iMessage for Android in 2013. It is well known that Cue is not a product person, but he can actually believe that iMessage is the best instant messaging software in one or three years, and thinks that the way to make it “keep ahead” is to continuously add functions: “Better group chat, status , geographic location, payment, etc.” It is a bit like the epitome of the entire macOS, and under frequent feature updates, stability is not guaranteed. It began to show some unique characteristics in 2016 , but due to the poor communication quality, it must have missed the best. (I highly recommend using it in China , though.) Just as many hope that macOS will have another Snow Leopard that focuses on improving stability, I also feel that iMessage’s top priority is to reduce those red exclamation marks.
