I have been using Outlook for nearly 20 years. I always thought that there were only a few hundred mail folders, but even if I wanted to organize them, I didn’t know where to start, because it would take me too much time and it would be difficult to organize them. I just did a PowerShell count of how many folders I have in my Outlook mail folders, and the result is a staggering 1,101 , which is really scary. In this article, I will share a few useful PowerShell command files to help me quickly sort out the list of folders.
