After years of hard work, on June 6th, the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) officially released the HTTP/3 RFC, which is the third major version of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), and the complete RFC exceeds 20,000 Word, which explains HTTP/3 in great detail.
