Titan Media App reported on August 30. Recently, it was reported that some application software companies were attacked by ransomware virus. Chanjet and Kingdee issued statements successively. Chanjet said in its statement that, regarding the online rumors that "a small number of T+ software customers also reported being attacked by ransomware", it verified that the software servers of these customers were deployed by the customers themselves, and they did not take necessary network security protection. Among them, customers who have performed data backup according to the system prompts have been resolved by restoring the backup data, and only a few customers have been affected. The company has arranged technical engineers and service providers to actively assist customers in solving problems. Kingdee said in a statement that, after investigation, Kingdee was not affected by the attack on the online information about the "big outbreak of domestic management software ransomware." It also advises customers to "ensure that the latest safe and stable version or patch of the ERP system is installed".
