It’s hard because you think it’s hard

I saw a video in the morning, Sohu Zhang Chaoyang said: “There is no difficult thing in this world, it is difficult because you think it is difficult.”

Any complicated thing can be broken down into multiple steps, and each step is as simple and natural as getting up in the morning, brushing your teeth, eating, and taking a taxi. The reason why I find it difficult to enter a new field is because I am not familiar with it enough, have not experienced the dismantling process of complex tasks, and have not performed simple tasks that have not been performed.

Recall that my own learning process is also like this. At the beginning, it was imitation, followed by experienced people step by step; when the operation became proficient, the next step was to execute independently to deal with more boundary problems; only then would the smoothness, efficiency, and quality of the entire task execution process be considered And value issues; finally, on the basis of the overall understanding, optimize the system locally or globally.

Difficulties in cognition are more difficult than difficulties in actual tasks. If you are performing a challenging task, first overcome the difficulties created by your inner self.
