The controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company were changed from Wang Yue to no controlling shareholder and actual controller. After this equity change, Wang Yue’s share of the total share capital of Yingying Network dropped to 7.97%, and he was no longer the company’s largest shareholder. The original second largest shareholder, Jin Feng, holds 13.78% of the company’s total share capital and passively becomes the company’s largest shareholder. After this equity change, Kaiying Network changed to no controlling shareholder and no actual controller.
