Kingsoft Cloud issued an announcement stating that Wang Yulin resigned as CEO, director and member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee due to personal health reasons, effective immediately. Following Wang Yulin’s resignation, Vice Chairman Zou Tao was appointed acting CEO, effective immediately.
According to public information, Zou Tao joined Kingsoft Co., Ltd. in 1998 and held several senior positions in Kingsoft Group. Director of the company since December 2016 and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since December 2018.
