Pinwan, July 26, according to the latest report from Apple Insider, audio equipment manufacturer Koss and Apple have ended their dispute, and both parties have filed a request to the court to dismiss the lawsuit.
According to reports, the two sides have submitted documents to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas on July 23, saying that the two sides have resolved all matters in dispute between them. As a result of their agreement, Apple and Koss said the claims against the other company should be dismissed. Under the agreement, both parties will be responsible for their own costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees.
Previously in 2020, KOSS accused Apple of infringing five of its wireless earphone patents, and listed AirPods, AirPods Pro and wireless Beats by Dre as infringing products.
