Pinwan, July 1, Lei Junbiao, chairman and CEO of Xiaomi Group, said on the 1st that the Pengpai P1 fast charging chip and the Pengpai G1 battery management chip have realized the self-research of battery management full-link technology. Xiaomi Mi 12S Ultra, equipped with these two self-developed chips, can monitor battery safety in milliseconds in real time, greatly improve the accuracy of battery life prediction, and most importantly, effectively enhance the battery life.
Today, Xiaomi officially announced Xiaomi’s self-developed “Surge G1” battery management chip, and said that this chip will be released at 7:00 pm on July 4 and will be installed in the Xiaomi 12S series. Last year, Xiaomi launched two self-developed chips, the Surging C1 and the Surging P1. Among them, Surging C1 is Xiaomi’s first professional imaging chip, and Surging P1 is Xiaomi’s first self-developed charging chip.
