LIFESCAPES Receives 720 Million JPY Seed Funding

LIFESCAPES is a research and manufacturer of brain-computer interface equipment. Its main business is to develop, manufacture and sell BMI brain-computer interface rehabilitation equipment. The application scenarios include neurological rehabilitation, detection of brain activity, etc. LIFESCAPES technology is characterized by detecting the dynamics of compensatory circuits in the patient’s brain to send signals around the damaged part of the brain, while using BMI to repeatedly exercise the brain and promote the reconstruction of neural circuits connecting the brain and the paralyzed part. The goal is to link brain nerve activity with the movement of mechanical devices, and to train the patient’s muscle nerves through mechanical devices, thereby promoting the recovery of bodily motor function. Recently, LIFESCAPES announced that it has received 720 million yen (about 35.64 million yuan) in new financing.
