Linux 6.1 merge patch adds initial support for Rust

The first patches to initially support the Rust language were merged into Linux 6.1 . The Linux 6.1 merge window opens for two weeks after the Linux 6.0 release. Initial support for Rust-for-Linux comes from roughly four areas: Kernel internals (kallsyms expansion for Rust symbols, %pA format); Kbuild infrastructure (Rust build rules and supporting scripts); Rust needed to support initial MVP builds crates and bindings; Rust kernel documentation and examples.
