1. There are very few opportunities
When I look for a job, I tend to go to the official website of Dachang recruitment first, but I found that Tencent is only recruiting more than 100 product positions, and there is not one WeChat business group. Although some companies have a lot of positions, they will find that the positions are not being recruited when contacting internal employees, and most businesses do not have incremental hc, and often one goes out, one goes in, or even only goes out. 2. Introducing is the most reliable way
Internal referrals are definitely the most reliable in daily situations, but under the current environment, it is estimated that HR of companies will not be able to read resumes received from internal referrals, and there is no chance for externally submitted resumes. I have interviewed with four companies, all of which are opportunities obtained by colleague referrals or by actively contacting HR. Now that there are more monks than porridge, it is difficult to find out what is going on inside without contacting the people inside.

3. In terms of product capabilities, depth is more important than breadth
When the industry expands, people are robbing people, so when recruiting, it may be enough to have a little bit of ability. As long as you are not stupid, it is not too late to come in and learn.
This time, I can feel that the market has higher requirements for experience matching, of course, because the company has more choices. Especially if the work experience is relatively long, if the business you are engaged in has a strong continuity, it will be more advantageous. I tossed back and forth in the three fields of e-commerce, finance and general information, and I obviously felt that I was at a disadvantage.
This cannot be changed in the short term, and we can only pay attention to the choice next.
The monthly fixed expenditure of 2W is unstoppable, and the cash in hand cannot last for too long, so the pressure has not been small since June. Although it is not difficult to find a job with confidence, it is not easy to find a job with satisfactory business and salary. The offer I received now is not satisfactory. I will join the job next week and observe it for a while.
