The Jiading District of Shanghai is not the domicile of the third defendant company, and Mihayou Company has not submitted evidence to prove that the Jiading District of Shanghai is the place where the alleged infringing act, the place where the infringing copy is stored or seized, or that the alleged infringing act occurred outside the country , so the court of first instance does not have jurisdiction over this case, and Sanqi Company’s grounds for appeal that this case should not be under the jurisdiction of the court of first instance are tenable.
