Pinwan News on September 29, MINISO (09896.HK) announced that as of fiscal year 2022, its annual revenue was 10.09 billion yuan, compared with 9.07 billion yuan in the same period last year, a year-on-year increase of 11.2%. The net profit was 638 million yuan, compared with a loss of 1.42 billion yuan in the same period last year; the adjusted net profit was 723 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 51.4%.
During the reporting period, MINISO has 3,226 stores in China, including 3,195 partner stores; 1,973 overseas stores, including 1,632 agency stores; and a total of 5,199 stores. The total GMV of stores in China reached 10.4 billion yuan, and the total GMV of stores in overseas markets reached 6.414 billion yuan.
The total GMV of products sold by the store network is about 18.40 billion yuan. The TOP TOY brand’s multi-channel GMV in the same financial year reached 600 million yuan.
