Three features of Panorama Prison:
1. The monitor can see the status of all monitored persons;
2. The monitored person cannot see the status of the monitor, but knows that it will be monitored;
3. The monitored persons cannot exchange opinions against the monitor with each other.
The application of technology to promote these three aspects is developing rapidly and has broad prospects for development in the future.
However, Bentham and Foucault were still too simple, and the latter came up with the means of mobilizing the masses and reforming their minds, so that each person under surveillance would think that he was a member of the watcher and actively monitor everyone.
