The fixed monthly cash flow of $4,000 or so offsets the $1,000,000 business generation that lasts thirty years. Take a simple example: hold the money and wait and see the real estate down 1 million, the equivalent of 30 years, a monthly salary increase of 4,000 to the account.

One more property in a big city is essentially a lifetime for the average person. For example, if a house in Chengdu costs 3 million dollars, which is twice the median price, many people will not be able to save 3 million dollars in their lifetime, leaving aside expenses.
