OpenShot 3.0 released

The open source video editor project OpenShot has released version 3.0. The most notable change in the new version is the improved video preview, the preview is now smoother, and the suspended animation and stuttering during the preview are reduced. To improve video previews, the developers refactored the decoder to be more resilient to packet loss and missing timestamps, and to better understand when video or audio data is lost, so it can continue without stuttering. Among other things, OpenShot 3.0 contains over a thousand improvements and fixes, updated translations, support for Blender 3.3, support for 4K displays (High DPI), improved stability, reduced memory footprint, and more.
