OQC secures £38m Series A funding

OQC, a provider of quantum computing services, develops quantum computers that will simplify the business of using customers, pioneering new approaches, and helping solve some of humanity’s biggest problems, from mitigating climate change to feeding a rapidly growing population. Oxford Quantum Circuits recently announced the completion of a 38 million pound (308 million yuan) financing. In this financing, Lansdowne Partners, a deep technology fund from Japan The University of Tokyo Edge Capital Partners (UTEC) led the investment, British Patient Capital, Oxford Science Enterprises (OSE) and Oxford Investment Consultants (OIC) participated.
