Pirated ebook sites turn into huge knowledge bases

The Pirate Library Mirror of Z-Library, a mirror-piracy e-book site, noticed that Z-Library’s e-book capacity more than tripled in just over a year. Z-Library encourages users to upload new books and charges by limiting the number of downloads per day for free accounts. The Z-Library has added 3.8 million new books over the past year or so, some of which may be duplicates, but the vast majority are high-quality scans of new or used books. Last year, the e-book capacity when mirroring was 7 TB, and the total capacity of new books was 24 TB, bringing the total capacity to 31 TB. Downloading the mirror requires going through the Tor browser.
