After entering the company in 2009, I have been working in the Donghuan position. I have worked with two masters in this position. During this period, the three of us have not adjusted. This position is very traditional and complicated, and there are few personnel changes. Although I didn’t like this at first, I thought maintaining basic equipment was not as cool as network equipment. Looking back now, as long as you put your heart into any position, you will definitely gain something.
Having said that, this year can be regarded as a demonstration in this position. Under the background of the company’s digital and intelligent transformation, employees are encouraged to carry out on-the-job technological innovation. I used my amateur programming hobby to develop several small software to improve work efficiency and reduce The failure rate can also be regarded as catering to the company’s development needs. The leaders also attach great importance to strong support. In the past few months, I have declared several projects, and writing materials is really a test. Fortunately, a project was selected by the provincial company and recommended to participate in the national competition.
And my dual selection position has also changed. I am about to leave the position where I have struggled for 15 years and go to a position that I am very yearning for. At the same time, I am facing huge challenges. Everything can only be started again, and only by persisting in learning can we stand firm.
I used an old computer to build a server before. Recently, it has been crashing and the project cannot run. Yesterday, the leader helped me coordinate a server. Today, my friend installed the system and put it on the shelf. After that, I finally have a dedicated server to run the project. There is still a long way to go, and we look forward to getting better and better.
