Last week I shared a simple meditation practice , follow it, and you can spend five minutes and experience what a meditation practice is like. Of course, if you can keep this practice going for a while, maybe you can also experience what meditation is like. Yes, “meditation” and “meditation practice” are not a thing for a while. Meditation, or the meditative state, is what the practitioner of meditation wants to achieve. This goal, in fact, cannot be taught, because it is an experience, and language communication is not very expressive. Meditation practice, on the other hand, is a series of movements, processes, that can be taught. You can even learn by reading and video. Going back to the meditation practice in the previous post, a friend retweeted it on the forum and got a few questions. I’m here to answer these questions first.
