In late February, the leader threw out an idea, and I realized the function well through my programming expertise. At the same time, I sorted out the things that can be improved through programming in the department’s workflow, and made a mind map.
After continuous communication and improvement, my idea has been implemented step by step. In the province-wide teleconference in March, during the experience exchanges between cities and regions, our leaders added my project as an exploration of the company’s digital and intelligent transformation, stayed up all night to optimize the code, and reported it the next day I was operating the big screen, and the leader gave an explanation in the form of live broadcast on mobile phone, and also reported the project content in the later PPT report. After the meeting, the director of the provincial company contacted me by phone to understand the functions and implementation ideas. After some sharing, our ideas were very advanced, and a colleague from other cities also asked me to understand. Through this report, my project has been affirmed by the leaders. The hard work of more than a month has not been in vain, and I have more motivation for my project.
On the road of programming, I am full of love from the beginning to the end. Since I have no learning experience in majors, I can only explore everything by myself. In fact, programming is not difficult, but knowing how to solve it is difficult. Sometimes I can’t think of logic after thinking about it in my mind. I can only rely on building blocks, try again and again regardless of the efficiency of code execution, as long as the function is realized when it runs, my version 1.0 was created in this way. The code was rewritten again, and the key logical judgment was thought over and over again, and after countless changes, I was basically satisfied.
Last week, I applied for the group company’s “Hundred Ships Contest” activity for this project. The seven or eight-page project application was successfully written. I was most troubled by writing the DOC. It was completed with ease, and the review by the leader basically passed without any changes. The moment I signed the name of the project leader, I felt a sense of accomplishment in my heart. The leader took my project book and asked the top leader to report and sign it. Another step up.
In the recent official document issued by the provincial company, I found that my idea is the digital transformation and on-the-job technology development advocated by the above. At present, the company is starting digital and intelligent transformation. Only through transformation can we develop better, just like Chinese manufacturing. Only by eliminating old and backward production capacity, the industry will become more competitive through digital and intelligent empowerment. Technology is the primary productive force.
At present, my work status is that I spend most of my time at work writing codes and visiting forums, and taking time out to do my main work tasks. I like this kind of hobbies and fishing work. Although I do more work than before, I can improve my working hours. My own programming skills are also good, which is why I am not tired of matching people and jobs.
