36氪 was informed that Shengqu Games made a statement on applying for compulsory enforcement against South Korea’s Yumeide Company and pursuing its legal responsibility for false propaganda and misleading the public. The statement stated that the Supreme People’s Court of my country has never ruled that South Korea’s Yumei De has the authority to authorize the “Legend” game before, and both the intermediate people’s courts in China and my country have made effective injunction rulings, prohibiting South Korea’s Yumei De and its related entities from directly or indirectly authorizing any Third-party adaptation of the “Legend” game. Shengqu Games has initiated a number of lawsuits and other legal procedures with South Korea’s True Legend (Altos) Company, and plans to apply for compulsory execution against South Korea’s Yumeide Company and claim about 400 million yuan against it.
