According to a letter obtained by CNBC, SpaceX will raise $750 million in a new round of financing, valuing the company at $137 billion.

The company is likely to lead the round, according to an email sent to potential SpaceX investors by U.S. private venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. Andreessen Horowitz previously backed SpaceX with investment firms including Founders Fund, Sequoia Capital, and Gigafund.

According to CNBC’s previous report, SpaceX will raise more than $2 billion in 2022, including a round of financing of $250 million in July. SpaceX was valued at $127 billion in an equity funding round in May.
