Introduction
Blasting, intrusion… Such extremely invasive words have been linked to online courses. Countless “aggressors” hiding behind the Internet are waiting for the opportunity to satisfy their own or “employer” evil deeds. Why do online class intrusions occur frequently? Are there still omissions in the online course platform? Can wrongdoers be punished?
01
“Just a joke”
On November 2, a netizen revealed on Weibo that his mother, a history teacher from the No. 3 Middle School in Xinzheng City, Henan Province, suffered a heart attack and died of a heart attack after suffering from an invasion of online classes for nearly a month. According to the online course recording screen released by it, during the course of the class, irrelevant people enter the course meeting from time to time, and open the microphone to make noise, maliciously swipe the screen, abuse the teacher, etc., which seriously disrupts the classroom and brings serious psychological pressure to the teacher himself. burden to death.
“Ten yuan perpetually fifty cents a day” and “9.9 yuan per time”, a few dollars can buy out a peaceful and orderly online classroom environment. After the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020, primary and secondary schools and colleges and universities all over the country have launched online teaching. Until today, in areas where the epidemic has repeatedly occurred, many students still learn through online courses. The emergence of online courses allows students to “gather” online under the premise of ensuring epidemic prevention and safety. But unfortunately, the network does not completely isolate the “disruptors” from it.
Maybe it’s because they don’t want to study, maybe it’s because they don’t like the teacher in the class, or they want to use such means to make the classmates in the class pay back, make a fool of themselves, and take revenge. They spread the meeting number on the Internet and QQ groups. Among them, some people “take over the job” and some people “voluntarily volunteer”. They are students, social idlers, bored to pass the time, and they like bad fun. There are even student groups, who interpret it as “mutual help” and delusionally make their organization “bigger and stronger”.
02
Invasion of online classes continues
After all, the online course has only been developed for two years. At the same time, Internet platforms such as short videos became very popular, foreign videos such as “online class spoofs” were introduced into China, and videos of virtual backgrounds and classmates partnering to trick teachers in class emerged one after another, attracting a lot of traffic and also triggering domestic students who love “tricks” follow suit. Some netizens revealed that the invasion of online courses is also a product of imitation.
“These groups specially invaded other companies’ councils and online schools of different schools, and then recorded videos and posted them on the Internet to let everyone see the overwhelmed expressions of teachers or employees. At first, they just went to say hello and pretended to be students who smiled and finished. After the traffic surged, Some groups in the back began to spoof, sing, and even abuse in order to get more likes and attention. In the United States, there are even activities to slap teachers, and their behavior is extremely bad.”
From the initial QQ group class, to the later “DingTalk collective negative review”, and now the stable development of the online course platform, each school already has fixed conference software for online courses, such as DingTalk, Tencent Conference, Enterprise WeChat, etc. The platforms are also constantly evolving to better suit the use of teachers and students.
In the second half of this year, the intrusion of online courses caused a storm, which attracted the attention of platforms such as Tencent Conference. On September 6, the Tencent Conference posted four Weibo posts in a row to introduce users to how to resist the intrusion of online courses. Two days later, the updated version of Tencent Conference launched a one-click “pause participant activity” function, allowing teachers to have absolute initiative.
But all kinds of functions are “remedial measures” after all, which occur after the intrusion occurs, and teachers also need to take up class time to check the intruders and pull back the students’ learning mind… Whether it is the online course platform, the school or the network supervisor, they should be active Reflect, add “defensive actions”, and protect the online teaching environment.
03
Blind flock? Shameless flock?
Before the “Teacher of Xinzheng No. 3 Middle School passed away”, it was easy to find “professional practitioners” through a simple search on the Internet. Now, no matter what platform you search for usernames such as online class blasting, online class hacking, and Menglei hacking, there are no results. It can be seen that relevant Internet platforms have already taken action.
But have they really disappeared? It seems not. Some netizens sneaked into the local online classes and invaded the QQ group. When the epidemic started, they reveled; when the epidemic ended and classes resumed, they were silent and waited for the next carnival.
Article 23 of the “Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China” clearly stipulates that if the order of an organ, group, enterprise, or institution is disturbed, and work, production, business, medical treatment, teaching, or scientific research cannot be carried out normally, and serious losses have not been caused, If the circumstances are more serious, he shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than 10 days, and may also be fined not more than 500 yuan. If the victim wants to pursue it, it is illegal.
However, at the same time, the “Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China” also states that those who have reached the age of 14 but have reached the age of 16, have reached the age of 16 but have reached the age of 18 and have violated the administration of public security for the first time shall be punished by administrative detention in accordance with this law. , the administrative detention penalty will not be executed. Such “forgiveness”, the “invaders” are clear, “know the law and understand the law”, and become more unscrupulous.
In those organizations, we also saw such a sentence “The popularity of online courses has come down, and we can continue to invade tomorrow.”
