The Tibetan issue and the justification

Recently, I saw a ridiculous conversation on reddit. Who in the world admitted that Tibet is a country? Some people say UK, but it was immediately pointed out that the notorious McMahon line did not recognize Tubo either. The person replied :

China was seen as a suzerain over Tibet by the UK until the 1914 Simla Convention, which led to the creation of the McMahon line. In China’s refusal to sign the convention, they forfeited their rights of suzerainty in the eyes of the British and Tibet signed it for itself.

If China Signed the Treaty, TIBET WOULD’VE Been Seen As A Vassal Under China and Inligible to Sign for ITSELF. In Accepting Tibet’s Signature As a PARTY to the Siml a convention as sufficient, The Uk de Facto Recognized Tibet as an Independent National conducting it’s own foreign relations.

That is to say, according to the Simla Convention, the UK believes that the central government is the suzerain of Tubo, but the suzerain does not sign the treaty, and Tubo makes a claim without authorization, which means that the central government has given up its suzerain power.

Damn, can you still make such unreasonable words? It’s worthy of being a shit-stirring stick with a hero. This reminds me of an incident. In 1944, Shen Zonglian, the new head of the RoC government’s Tibet office, led his entourage to Tibet to take up his post. Because of the inconvenient transportation between the mainland and Lhasa, it was necessary to detour to New Delhi. It’s fucking hard.

Then I remembered the famous seal of the Han Wei slave king.

It has to be said that the ancestors are still very good at deviousness. If you accept my seal, it means accepting my authority. If you use this seal to deal with state affairs, it means that your authority is granted through my seal. If you don’t use this seal, it means casus belli ! . In this sense, the international order is not created by iron fists, but by these detours to form a deterrent and balance.

So going back to the beginning, I have been thinking about a question recently. The name is justified, the teacher is famous, and the name is quite empty, but the core of civilization is a name. Didn’t Kong Qiu do so many tricks just to fight for his father’s title as a nobleman? The highest pursuit in his life is to ask others to respect the title of the so-called co-lord of the world, the Son of Zhou. Ritual is social order, and the core of social order is a name.
