From 2022, the “Sanlian Life Weekly” Good Book List will be transformed into the Walking Reading Book Award.
“Xingdu” is a book publishing brand under Sanlian Life Media Co., Ltd., relying on the writing resources of “Sanlian Life Weekly” and the high-quality audio content of Sanlian Zhongdu to publish a series of books. The core of the Xingdu Book Award is “discovering the present”. The present contains both the past and the future. The selection process of the Line Reading Awards is about discovering which books are having an impact on the present, and which books should have an impact on the present.
The inaugural Xingdu Book Awards will be announced in August 2022. The award scope includes books published by 70 publishers in the whole of 2021 and the first half of 2022. The awards are divided into three categories: ideas, new knowledge, and literature. Each category includes two winners of foreign language translation books and Chinese original books. A three-round selection mechanism is set up in the awarding process. From January to June, at the end of each month, we will announce the monthly book list selected by the 24 preliminary reviewers. In July, the selection entered the next stage. Based on the monthly book list, the 9 review judges scored the short list of the Xingdu Book Award. The final award will be voted on-site by the 5 final judges in August, and will be met with you in a live broadcast.
