I’m a daily runner, and since 2016, I’ve been running every day unless there are special circumstances (such as falling ill and unable to get out of bed).
I did this because I wanted a body that could easily run five kilometers at any time.
Therefore, I am still very interested in questions related to running every day.
The following is a problem encountered on Douban:
I don’t have time to run at night. I can only get up early and set a time limit of 12 minutes. I usually run about 2 kilometers. I’m slightly sweaty. I read the punch cards of everyone in the group. But I really don’t have much time to fall asleep at 12 o’clock in the evening, get up at 6:30 in the morning and get ready to go to work at 7:30 (the work place is a bit far). It takes half an hour to run for 12 minutes and relax and stretch. How do you usually arrange running? What is the time of day for a morning run?
