Over the years of running, I have run at night and in the morning. I still think that running in the morning is the best, get up early in the morning, finish the run, and welcome the day with ease.

At the beginning, also plan your running time. The default is to get up early.

After running for a long time and forming a habit, I no longer plan my running. Because the plan can’t keep up with the changes, sometimes the plan doesn’t come in time to run in the morning, so make up for it at night. Go with the flow.

However, there is a small problem with running at night. After running, people tend to become more energetic, and it is not easy to fall asleep.
