British Prime Minister Sunak met Arm CEO Rene Haas in Downing Street last month, and SoftBank founder Masayoshi Son joined the talks via video.
SoftBank has previously said it wants to list its chip designer Arm in New York. The renewed lobbying in London, including LSE executives, has focused on trying to share listing opportunities with New York, according to people familiar with the discussions.
