The clerk said that it would be troublesome to match the code, and asked me to keep my current remote key and not lose it. I haven’t been able to match it since then.
A few days ago, I saw a store selling electric vehicle keys on Taobao. With the attitude of giving it a try, I contacted customer service, took a photo of the chip model, and bought a 433 remote control key under his guidance. After getting it, look at the video and press the buttons of the two remote keys together just like you did when copying the TV remote control before. The copy is easily successful. I didn’t expect it to be so simple, and I’ve been deceived by the electric car store clerk for so many years!
In the process of buying a remote control key, I learned that there are generally only two transmit frequencies of remote control keys on the market: 433 and 315MHZ. If you buy a remote control key with these two frequencies, you can copy the infrared signal. I had always heard that car keys were copied and things in the car were stolen when parking in a shopping mall. I didn’t understand the reason at the time, but now it’s clear. If someone has a “duplicator” with the same frequency, the car owner can copy the owner’s car key by pressing the copy button at the same time when he gets out of the car and locks the car. However, it is said that rolling code chip keys are not so easy to copy.
