It can be seen that the foundation of the cousin is not good, and the family can’t provide him much help. For the cousin, if he can’t stay outside, he is very likely to go back to Henan to start a small business, or Find a company to work with the average salary in Henan.
Under this circumstance, I judged that my cousin’s core appeal should be to get rich . First, we must solve the problem of getting rich and come out of the village, instead of having to go back to the village when the business may fail at any time.
Based on the above judgment, my suggestion to my cousin is to engage in Internet/IT research and development, and the specific direction is to be a front-end engineer .
The main factors to consider when choosing IT are as follows:

- Even if IT/Internet growth slows, it’s still a high-paying industry . Even the current slowdown in IT/Internet growth is only relative to the Internet itself. Compared with more traditional industries, IT still has a relatively substantial salary income and a predictable industry continuous life cycle. It is a good choice for cousins who come from the countryside.
- Educational discrimination in IT/Internet is less . Many industries are discriminated against by education. If employees do not have the corresponding education or do not graduate from a specific school/major, there will be discrimination. Because the Internet itself has no threshold, the corresponding discrimination is less, and more is whether you have enough ability to do this. If you have the ability to do it, you will be less likely to be discriminated against. And the undergraduate diploma has reached the hard threshold level of the industry. What the cousin needs is to exercise his ability to make his ability reach the level that he can apply for a job.
