The relevant person in charge of the National Health and Medical Commission said that since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, digital anti-epidemic has become a highlight of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. Mainly from the following aspects to promote big data to support epidemic prevention and control:
The first is to strengthen organizational leadership and improve the data sharing mechanism. Under the coordination of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, horizontally, the Health and Health Commission and relevant departments have established and improved the cross-departmental “big data” sharing mechanism, and rely on data hubs such as the national epidemic prevention and control management platform to realize cross-departmental data application. Vertically, the risk personnel data formed by the multi-department comparison will be distributed to all regions in a timely manner, providing basic data for the “grid” management in various regions, and supporting the “four mornings” and “four cleanups”.
The second is to standardize the management of health codes to facilitate the resumption of work and production. In order to standardize the management of health codes, the comprehensive group of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council has issued a series of documents such as management measures, and continued to promote the standardized assignment of health codes in various places, timely transcoding, and maintaining the bottom line of safety. Promote the nationwide unified sharing of core basic data related to health codes, such as confirmed asymptomatic infections, epidemic risk levels, nucleic acid test results, antibody test results, and new coronavirus vaccination records. Through continuous efforts, the country has achieved one province, one code, and shared code data nationwide, facilitating the safe and orderly travel of the masses, and helping to resume work and achieve production. Considering that in order to efficiently coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, we are currently working with relevant departments to continuously improve the management of health codes, and promote the mutual recognition of health codes. While supporting epidemic prevention and control, we are making it easier for everyone to pass normally.
