When I was about two or three years old, when I entered the main city from the district and county for the first time, I got to know Zhongliang Mountain.
Near the main city, my mother told me that this is called a “tunnel”, a hole in the mountain dug by humans. Later, my mother told me the story about when she was 20 years old, about her surprise and restraint when she first entered the city and saw the tunnel.
When I was young, all my impressions of Zhongliang Mountain were “tunnels”. I was amazed at the greatness of human power, and I lamented that these two hands and one pair of legs could do such a great thing. Now, in Zhongliang Mountain, which is about 100 kilometers long from north to south and about 2-7 kilometers wide, 10 tunnels have been built from north to south, including Shijialiang Tunnel, Beibei Tunnel, Xiema Tunnel, Tuzhu Tunnel, Shuangbei Tunnel, and University City Tunnel. , Zhongliangshan Tunnel, Huayan Tunnel, Huafu Tunnel, and Huanshanping Tunnel; there are 5 other tunnels under construction and planning: Caijia Tunnel, Jingkou Tunnel, University City Double-track Tunnel, Baishiyi Tunnel, and Taojia Tunnel.
When I was older, I watched the elders around me experience layoffs, early retirement, and coal mine closures at different times, and also visited the withered Zhongliangshan coal mine. In my own calendar, the curtain hastily closed. The workers who used to depend on the coal mine for their whole lives were not ready, and the plants and trees in the mining area were not ready, and I was not ready either.
When I was a child, I saw that the flowers, plants and trees in the mining area were always stained with soot, and it seemed that they could never be washed clean. Now it only took a few springs and autumns for the rain to clean the mining area. I can only sigh that the old “man will conquer nature” cannot withstand the baptism of nature.
The road into the mining area is still blocked and dirty. When the winding road reaches the “Zhongliangshan Mine Park”, it is like entering another world: the foot of the mountain is dilapidated, and the mountain is full of tents and camping troops of the middle class. The park has not been fully repaired, so there are red armbands guarding the gate and not allowed to enter when there is a lot of traffic on weekends, but there are no guards from Monday to Friday.
Walking up the built trail, the bright sun shines on your body, and Chongqing is already so hot in April. When you meet the first intersection, go to the right, then walk next to the corner of the building, and you will be able to walk up the road to Zhongliang Mountain for outing.
I did not expect the ecological recovery to be so fast. It was not far after walking out of the mining area. Bamboo forests, seas of flowers, and birdsong followed. The stone slabs under my feet became lighter. The calling of is the goal of this trip.
I don’t know if everyone likes more uphill at the beginning of the hike or evenly distributed throughout the whole process. I personally prefer the rhythm of uphill first, then flat road and then downhill. When the interest is still full, I can experience the “infinite scenery on the dangerous peak” hapiness.
After walking the slope for a short time, we came to a relatively flat slope top with a smoky smell. “There is another village where the willows are dark and the flowers are bright.” After stepping on the gravel road, the scenery floods into your eyes, and everything you see is the scenery. In the distance is a large group of villas, a little closer is the Sophora japonica forest that I have never seen with my own eyes, and there are lush vegetation blooming with fine flowers. Everything in nature is slow, whether it is the blooming of a flower or the falling leaves in the spring breeze, it is full of chance and necessity. Such moments in life are rare.
Because when I grow up, I will hardly observe how a flower blooms for a few days, the way silkworms spin silk, and the process of moving ants.
Picking off a bunch of pure white Sophora japonica flowers at random, the fragrance hits the face, pinned to the chest, rising and falling with the heartbeat. Sophora japonica can be steamed and eaten, and there is also good nectar of sophora japonica that can be served with meals, but it is rare to see sophora japonica perfume. Perhaps its fragrance is given too directly, so that there is not enough layering.
The feeling of looking at the Sophora japonica forest from a height is completely different from the feeling of a Sophora japonica tree in front of you. The bird’s-eye view of the god-like “overlooking all living beings” makes people see white floating shadows. Closer observation Its cool and light touch at the time gave me a very intuitive understanding of Sophora japonica.
The spring-limited flower sea landscape is splendid at the foot of Zhongliang Mountain in spring. Going down the mountain to fight in the wild, walking through the wild rapeseed flowers, every frame is a beautiful scene, the wild rapeseed flowers are responsible for the color description, and the wild chrysanthemum is responsible for the fragrance presentation. After turning the road, I saw a shepherd driving nearly a hundred lambs on the road. The lambs were no different from children, jumping up and down.
Finally came to the side of the mine, which used to be a quarry in Mengte. After the closure, the huge mine accumulated water, forming a blue mine with clear water. There are also Yubei and Tongluoshan mines in Chongqing.
The emerald blue lake water echoes the blue sky with only one cloud, and there is always only one cloud floating in the sky, just like there are only hikers in this wilderness.
Not long after passing through the mine pit, we arrived at the foot of the mountain, crossed the road and entered the village again. This road is full of fields, and the planted pepper trees are pruned extremely low, unable to shade and can only move forward in the sun. It was too hot, so I sat in front of the villager’s pepper drying room, eating dry food for lunch under the shade of the loquat tree.
The weather is too hot, and the drinking water I brought is almost exhausted. After walking through this section, I saw the sea of flowers again, and cheered for the heart that was about to give up.
On the side of the road, I saw a small shop and quickly bought some water as a supplement. Later, I met a group of spontaneous hiking enthusiasts, and we walked down the mountain with the large group.
At the foot of the mountain, you can extend the road up to the starting point, so that the distance is about 18km; if you go down, you can see the bus station at 500 meters, and you can take the bus to the jumping light rail station. If you go up, walk along the road, which is not very interesting; so after waiting for a while, the bus found that it basically takes every two hours.
With the idea of giving it a try, I waved and stopped the car. A van transporting vegetables stopped. After getting in the car, I found that the driver’s elder brother was actually a fellow. We chatted happily about the oyster mushroom planting industry. Life is always full of surprises, as long as you don’t give up first.
On this trip, Xiaoshou Chopsticks, a boy from the mining area, saw another way out of the mine, a destination other than death, and maybe our hometown will become better.
