On May 24, Advent International, one of the world’s largest and most experienced private equity investors, announced today that its flagship fund, Advent International GPE X (“GPE Ten Global Private Equity Fund”) “No. 10” or “Fund 10”) has closed, reaching its cap of $25 billion within 6 months of its launch. Together with Advent Tech II, Advent has raised more than $30 billion over the past year from its limited partners and Advent’s own capital.
