I released the news about the ” Independent Developer Incubator ” more than a month ago, and from a month ago to now, we have finally sorted out some basic processes of the project, and clarified all the details. Begin the formal incubation process of new projects entering the incubator.

However, after gnawing on the hard bones at the beginning, it is only the beginning. Next comes the harder bones – the official incubation of the project.

I often say that indie developers are nothing more than startup MVPs. If your indie is doing well, then you can start adding people slowly and transforming yourself from an indie to a company boss. All of the above things take time and effort to polish.

What we can do is to sort out all these things, help developers do these things well, and then help them succeed.

Next, move on to the tougher bones.
