After moving to Singapore, I have owned many SIM cards:
- 1 domestic phone card, used when returning home
- 1 Singapore calling card for local use
- 1 Malaysian phone card to use when traveling to Malaysia
- 1 UK phone card to use when traveling to Europe
Correspondingly, I need to have a backup machine to run these numbers. I happened to have an old iPhone XR on hand, so I inserted two of the cards into the phone. But then there is another problem. The long-term plugging of the mobile phone is very unfriendly to the battery, and it is likely to cause the battery of the backup machine to be completely useless.
