Bemlo secures €3.2 million in seed funding

Bemlo is a healthcare recruitment platform that connects nurses and doctors with care providers, supporting 24-hour staffing by healthcare employers such as primary care clinics, hospitals and nursing homes, aiming to address labour shortages in the European healthcare system. Bemlo has just raised around 3.2 million euros in a seed round. The round was backed by Y Combinator, Long Journey Ventures, Uncommon Capital and a group of angel investors including Dropbox co-founder Arash Ferdowsi, BloomTech co-founder Austen Allred and top executives at Swedish digital health startup Kry.
