The second is to seriously investigate and punish the use of "net celebrity children" for profit and making minors make indecent gestures and sexually suggestive actions to attract traffic, and rectify behaviors such as inducing minors to do dangerous actions. The third is to urge website platforms not to provide online anchor services for minors under the age of 16, and strictly investigate and deal with the problem of inducing minors to participate in live broadcast rewards. The fourth is to focus on cleaning up the content of pornographic novels and comics created with the image of minors, and investigate and deal with problems such as luring minors into bad friendships and inciting negative emotions. Fifth, strictly investigate and punish the use of social software, groups, channels in the same city, etc., to sexually lure minors, instigate minors to shoot nude video pictures, and conduct online obscenity. The sixth is to focus on investigating and punishing the dissemination of false information, making up bizarre stories and vulgar plots for hype and drainage, malicious marketing, etc., and further investigating and punishing problems such as showing off wealth and money, extravagant pleasures, and distorting aesthetics to prevent adverse effects on minors. Seventh, continue to investigate and deal with the information that provides online game account rental and sales services to minors, and clean up the information content that teaches the cracking of the anti-addiction system in the form of questions and answers. Eighth, pay close attention to learning apps and sections, and focus on cleaning up pornographic, vulgar, and other bad-oriented content. Ninth, in-depth investigation of commodity information on e-commerce platforms, pay attention to interactive links such as comment areas and question and answer areas, and strictly prevent the display of vulgar and bloody content involving minors. Tenth is to strengthen the information content management of smart devices such as smart watches, smart speakers, tablet computers, and early education story machines specially designed for minors, in-depth investigation of voice, video, text, pictures, games and other scenarios, and comprehensively clean up illegal and bad information.
