Subsequently , Sinopec , PetroChina and Aluminum Corporation of China successively issued announcements saying that they planned to delist the American Depositary Shares from the New York Stock Exchange.    Sinopec said it intends to file a Form 25 with the SEC on or about August 29, 2022, to delist its depositary shares from the New York Stock Exchange. These delistings are expected to take effect ten days after the filing of Form 25. The last trading date of PetroChina Depositary Shares on the NYSE is on or around September 8, 2022.    Aluminum Corporation of China said it plans to delist shares of American depositary securities from the New York Stock Exchange and revoke registration and termination of information disclosure obligations under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Act.
