DRUID is a Romanian conversational AI platform provider that aims to enable businesses to enhance the user experience of customers and employees by building a platform of artificial intelligence-driven conversational applications, its intelligent virtual assistant through the openness of existing systems and RPA technology Integrate for fast, personalized, omnichannel and automated interactions. Recently received a $15 million Series A financing. This new round of financing will be used to fuel its international expansion, supporting its accelerated growth in Europe and North America by aggressively recruiting new talent. The round was led by Karma Ventures and Hoxton Ventures, and was joined by GapMinder (which cemented its position in the previous round) and four other investors from Germany, Switzerland, Poland and Romania.
