Pinwan, September 20th, according to IT House, the former US CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment, Shawn Layden, announced today that he has joined Tencent Games as a strategic consultant.
Layden has worked for Sony for many years, having joined Sony’s corporate communications division as early as 1987. In 2014, Layden succeeded Jack Tretton as president and COO of Sony Computer Entertainment America, and in 2018 became president of Sony Worldwide Studios. Layden said he will advise, help and support the Tencent team in his new role.
