Han Tiancheng is a Sino-US joint venture high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of silicon carbide epitaxial wafers. The company was formally established in Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone in March 2011, and has built a modern production plant in Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone (Xiang’an) Industrial Zone, including 100-level ultra-clean workshops, testing, power and auxiliary facilities. Recently, Xiamen Qingda Strait Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd., a holding investment company of Tsinghua Strait Research Institute, has completed an investment of tens of millions of yuan in Hantiancheng.
