I love Enshi potato rice

Little attention has been paid to the things around me lately.

So much so that I can only be a bystander when people start talking about something.

In fact, sometimes being a bystander is a great pleasure.

You can find some details that are not usually found.

Some people will expose their true face that has been hidden behind a mask when arguing about their views on current affairs.

The true face has nothing to do with right or wrong, it is only linked to its own position.

People’s evil thoughts often arise because of this.

When people are commenting on a matter, there are often people watching the person from the side.

Less arguing with people is the best policy.

Talk back to yourself.

Since the outbreak in Shanghai, I, who used to take out food for a living, have rarely ordered takeout.

Accidentally surprised, I found that there is more than one reason for not ordering takeout.

One is that after more than two months of lockdown, the price of take-out is unacceptable to me.

Second, the repeated thunderstorms by catering operators made me always worry about the safety and hygiene of take-out food.

The third is that the community has been unblocked for a long time, but so far takeaways have not entered the community. The residence is more than 400 meters away from the gate of the community, and it takes about 0.8 kilometers to walk for a takeaway, which takes about ten minutes.

There are other reasons not to mention.

After not ordering takeout, I found that purple potato is really a good breakfast.

After peeling and dicing, rinse with water and place on a plate in the microwave.

Heat on high for three minutes, then turn over and cook for two minutes.

Then out of the pot, it is fragrant and sweet, it is delicious in the world, and the key is to help defecation.

I’ve been addicted to it lately.

The second is the potato rice from my hometown. This thing can only be made once in a while, because it is so delicious, I can’t help eating more every time, but after a while, my weight will increase rapidly.

The method is simple.

Prepare the right amount of rice cooked in the rice cooker.

Peel and wash the potatoes, turn the potatoes and cut into pieces.

Take a garlic clove and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add potatoes.

Stir fry continuously until you smell the aroma of potatoes.

Add garlic and appropriate amount of salt (need to consider the number of potatoes and rice, not just potatoes), stir fry and spread on the bottom of the pot.

Spread the prepared rice over the potatoes.

Put a little water and pour it around the rice along the side of the pot.

You can probably see that there are blisters where the potatoes are in contact with the rice.

Then cover the pot and heat slowly until all the water evaporates.

No other seasoning is required.

The authentic Enshi potato rice is ready.

Three bowls can be eaten without vegetables.

Great taste.

Having said that, it’s mainly because I miss home.

I have been thinking a lot recently, and I am going to leave Shanghai and go back to Hubei.

The older I get, the more I miss home.

Finally, here are some beautiful pictures of my hometown.
