Pinwan, October 13th, according to TechWeb reports, IBM announced that it will integrate the Red Hat storage product roadmap and related teams into the IBM storage business unit.
With this move, IBM will integrate storage technology from Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF) as the basis for IBM Spectrum Fusion. This, combined with IBM and Red Hat’s containerized storage technologies for data services, will help accelerate IBM’s capabilities in the emerging Kubernetes platform market.
