If I hadn’t mentioned the 2022 Shanghai city closure in the previous invitation, I would not have known that the “closed city” could not be published on the WeChat public account. At the request of the publisher, the WeChat version self-castrated as “blocked control”, but the correct spelling of “blocked city” was retained elsewhere. Nowadays, the ground is naturally blocked, including places where people can speak freely. Please return the man-made tragedies to their true colors, and the closure of the city is the closure of the city. (And a disease/virus is not an “epidemic”.)
